Pretty bad, Puneet. The extent of damage to public and private properties is really huge. I believe that the bulk of the people who bore the brute force of nature are not the ones who have access to the internet and obviously, cannot be into Ryze, WCFC, etc. too. There may be, of course, a very small number of people, who might have got affected, one way or other temporarily; and they should be typical upper and upper+ middle class people, a sprinkling of whom should be members of Ryze and WCFC.
We know as much as what you know about the torrential rains and the floods at Chennai, since the media has been flashing all that news nonstop.
WCFC should be able to use its collective ingenuity in joining hands in disaster management tasks that are under way in breakneck speed, initiated by governmental and voluntary organizations.
Fearing that this thread may open up another theoretical discussion and exchange of news and views, as to what WCFC should do, I make this reply-posting quickly.
As the Moderator, I have decided to take more interest to find out potential volunteers to contribue their personal time in building the WCFC and pave way for giving a shape to it. We require a good lot of them. I seek the support of one and all.
